Let me introduce you to Xiao Ming Kopitiam "小明冰室" which recently opened an outlet in Genting Highlands, Pahang. Located in the heart of Gohtong Jaya, Genting Highlands near Genting Highlands Premium Outlets(GPO) serving classic Hong Kong cuisine infused with a touch of Western and Malaysian dishes. Xiao Ming Kopitiam "小明冰室" has an iconic Hong Kong cafés layout, previously their concept was based on Hong Kong Kopitiam back in the '80s or '90s era which has a nostalgic and vintage feel but now their newly launched concept is based on modern contemporary design. Besides that Xiao Ming Kopitiam "小明冰室" at Gohtong Jaya, Genting Highlands is also a pet-friendly restaurant. Xiao Ming Kopitiam "小明冰室" has a wide variety of dishes to try, but I will recommend their signature dishes/must-try dishes for you. So what to order? You got to order their steamed bread with butter & kaya, deep-fried Chinese mini "mantou" with condensed milk, Peanut butter French toast topped with honey & vanilla ice cream, Xiaoming Signature Portuguese Egg Tart, Steamed pork dumplings in Sichuan style, Curry Puff, Pan-fried pork gyoza, Xiao Ming Steamed Cheong Fun, Canton Chicken , "Nasi Lemak" with fried chicken chop in salted egg gravy, Fish & Chips, Baked cheesy rice with pineapple, sweet corn & Taiwan sausage, Egg-fried rice with deep-fried marinated pork chop, Xiao Ming Handmade Vanilla Cream Puff and Xiao Ming Handmade Matcha Cream Puff.   The Sherry OUG at Happy Garden, a new kid on the block that opened to the public just end of September. Come here for Instagram-worthy brunch and coffee, stay for their specially crafted porki-licious dishes that fit right on anytime of the day. We first thought that The Sherry is renovated from a landed house, judging from its exterior when we browse through some of their pictures on social media. But it is actually a corner shop lot within the neighbourhood, located same row with Sunday Coffee & Cakes and Tanuki by Crustz. Come here for Instagram-worthy brunch and coffee, stay for their specially crafted porki-licious dishes that fit right on anytime of the day. We first thought that The Sherry is renovated from a landed house, judging from its exterior when we browse through some of their pictures on social media. But it is actually a corner shop lot within the neighbourhood, located same row with Sunday Coffee & Cakes and Tanuki by Crustz. Look for a white building with “no-door-cement-entrance” and their iconic outdoor tent, it isn’t difficult to find – but for parking, yes, it is. Their interior design for both, upper and lower floors gives off modern contemporary vibes because of their muted color palette and minimalist furniture. With enticing corners to explore, plus sunshine streaming in from the skylight, the cafe offers a cozy retreat from Klang’s crowds and clamor.
