Let me introduce you to Sambal Lalapan a Muslim-owned Restaurant 100% Halal which newly launched located deep in the heart of Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang serving authentic Javanese cuisine using quality ingredients and recipes from Kota Madiun, Indonesia. What is Javanese cuisine?  Javanese cuisine refers exclusively to the cuisine of Javanese people, which is often brought to other regions and countries by Javanese diaspora or foreign descents who have lived in Java, and Javanese cuisine is thought to be sweet since this is the taste traditionally preferred in Yogyakarta. On the northern and northeastern of Central Java, for instance, the taste tend to be salty and spicy. In East Java, the level of spiciness increases. What to order? I highly recommend trying their Nasi Tumpeng Khas Lalapan, Ayam Geprek Lalapan, Ikan Bakar Lalapan, Cumi-cumi goreng, Nasi Kerabu, Sate Ayam Jawa, Mee Goreng Jawa,  and Gulai Kambing. As for dessert, you can try the ES sagu and sum sum. Overall it tasted delicious and satisfying. Memang Sedap! Wait for what?
