Hidden in Kuala Lumpur Wilma KPL, Pure Coffee Joy is a new café by three sisters, each contributing their own strengths to piece their dreams together. “My two sisters are mainly in charge of the baking and brewing, while I’m here to do random stuff”, laughs the eldest sister, Sasa as she kept busy with her work while greeting the regular passers-by. Sasa says that they prefer everything simple, from the interior to furnishings, all are simple and clean with a touch of warmth from the vintage speakers and table lamps. “Our ingredients are also free from additives!” Serving customers with organic ingredients in a basic setting and a pure heart “This is what we want, simple yet happy, what else could we ask for?”

The exquisite cakes and breads were all handmade by Sasa's sister, from the crust to the cream fillings, they are all made from scratch with fresh ingredients. “Since there are no preservatives, everything must be freshly made and sold on the same day." Despite being a small coffee shop, they do cover a wide variety of food, from breakfast sandwiches to afternoon tea cakes. We let Sasa choose our menu. First the croissant, different from the usual frozen bread, the croissant has a solid firmness when biting into it and since it’s freshly baked, it’s not greasy at all. The kaya served with it is yellowish with a little vinegar in it, making it appetizing.
Out of all, we really love the Earl Grey Rollcake – the Earl Grey aroma combined with the soft fluffy unsweetened cake, served with their homemade blueberry jam and fresh cream, brings happiness in each mouthful. Followed by The Cake - chiffon cake and homemade passion - mango jam, served with white chocolate ganache and freshly sliced strawberries and blueberries, combining sweet and sour, pair it with a cup of black coffee for the perfect afternoon tea time!
Besides coffee and au lait, the Cold Brew Tea is also one of their best sellers! Our favorite is the rose- jasmine white tea, a light rose fragrance and white tea, perfect for those who interested in flower fruit teas. They also serve Pure Hot Chocolate, which is a mix of 60% Belgian chocolate and dark chocolate, each mouthful is coco-smoothing. Don't worry that the 60% chocolate won't be too strong, as it’s the right amount of hot chocolate that helps warm up your stomach!

Sasa said that due to MCO, a lot of their original plans have been delayed and it’s been difficult to find the most suitable place within the city centre. “We're still gradually improving the interior and equipment here." Although it's only been a month, the food and service here is already well established, especially their signature - The Cake, which comes in different flavours every month! Since Christmas is just round the corner, they’ve prepared delicate cupcakes in both chocolate and vanilla flavours. Light buttercream and rich cupcakes, yummy! Even The Cake and roll cakes have some Christmas decorations on it, just perfect for the festive season!
Good news, if you’re working around the corner! Since the opening, a 20% discount is offered for all coffee orders, you can pair it with a sandwich or croissant for a fulfilling meal! “我们主打一切从简，用最纯朴的方式来得到快乐！”
位于吉隆坡市区的Wilma MPL里隐藏了一家新开的咖啡馆-Pure Coffee Joy，该店由三名姐妹一同打造属于自己的空间，彼此发挥自己所擅长的能力，一同经营这家有温暖的咖啡馆。“主要是我两个妹妹负责烘焙及咖啡，而我就是来打杂这样！”大姐Sasa笑着说到，一边忙手中的活之余，也不忘了跟外面路过的常客打招呼。谈及命名时，Sasa表示他们都喜欢简约风格，无论是设计和摆设来看，简单又干净；一些及清新又温暖的摆设，复古音响和桌灯让整个店面显得格外温暖，“另外我们的食物用料都是最纯朴，没有任何添加剂的！”用最原始的原料、最基本的摆设、用心来提供服务客人，“就是我们想要的，这样简单又快乐，何乐而不为呢？”
“因为食物都是自己手工制作的，所以每日必须当天卖完喔！”
“这些菜单上都是我自己手绘的，希望这样更能体现我们对这家店的喜爱。”
蛋糕柜上的精致蛋糕与面包，都是Sasa的妹妹一手操刀，从面粉到内陷到奶油都是自己用原材料制作的。“因为都是没有防腐剂，所以都会当天做当天买。”这家咖啡店的规模虽小，但提供的食物毫不马虎，从早餐的三明治到下午茶的蛋糕都能涵盖。这次小编让Sasa来做主为我们准备餐点，首先要介绍的就是牛角面包，一口咬下时的扎实感有别于一般冷冻面包，而且也不会吃得满嘴油腻，由于是新鲜制作及烘焙，更是让这牛角面包发光发热的主因；旁边附上的加椰酱的颜色偏黄，而且吃进口会有种清爽感，秘诀就在于制作时放了些许醋，所以更能开胃。
小编最喜欢的就是Earl Grey Rollcake，淡淡的伯爵茶香与蛋糕结合，吃起来松软又不甜，配上自制的蓝莓果酱与鲜奶油，每一口都是满满的幸福感；其次就是The Cake，戚风蛋糕与自制的百香、芒果酱，配上白巧甘纳许和现切草莓与蓝莓，酸甜交叠，再配上一杯黑咖啡，就是给自己最好的奖励了！
饮料的部分除了有咖啡及欧蕾外，Cold Brew Tea也是他们家主打的饮料喔！小编最喜欢的就是玫瑰茉莉白茶，淡淡玫瑰香与白茶的结合，适合喜欢花果茶的你们喔。另外，他们家也有提供Pure Hot Chocolate，结合了60%比利时巧克力与黑巧，每一口都能喝到滑顺的可可，如果担心60%的味道会要浓郁的话请放心，并没有你想像中的那么可怕，因为这是一款能够温暖你胃的热巧。
“虽然顾客多以街坊为主，但希望能有更多不同的客群来。”
Sasa表示，由于行管令将原订计划推迟且好不容易在市中心找到了适合的地点，“现阶段来所我们还在慢慢完善这里的摆设与器材。”尽管只开了一个月，但所提供的美食与服务已经非常完整，尤其the cake是他们家的招牌蛋糕，每个月都会有不一样的口味喔！恰好圣诞节在即，他们也准备了精美的杯子蛋糕，分别是香草及巧克力口味，淡淡的鲜奶油配上浓郁的蛋糕，真的绝了！就连the cake和rollcake都会有圣诞的小点缀，超级应景！
值得一提的是，在市中心工作的你这里有好康哟！自开店以来，只要前来点咖啡的客人都能享有20%的折扣，在配上一份三明治或牛角面包，就能解决一餐，是不是很划算呢？目前的营业时间只有在平日而已，盼日后也会增加周末的营业时间，赶紧带朋友“啦啦声”来喝下午茶吧！
