Home Fish Soup Café in Kuching, serves my favorite Fish meat Kolo Mee. This shop, which is pork-free, has the freshest ingredients in the making of its cuisine. I've never found a better tasting similar dish, to be honest (maybe I haven't explored enough, so please enlighten me of other venues like this). This café is located at Jalan Permata, just one minute away from Aeon Shopping Mall.

Michelle and I are great fans of fish-ball or fish-paste dishes. This is their expertise. They make their fish paste from Ikan Tenggiri, and it never ever has a fishy taste. There is also a fresh fish option. The Kolo mee is springy, and perfectly seasoned. And their sour garlic chilly is worth dying for. They also serve home-made Chicken Siew-Pau here.
